Car rental

To book your car, all you need is a credit or debit card. When you pick the car up, you’ll need:
    • The main driver’s credit / debit card, with enough available funds for the car’s deposit.
       
    • Each driver’s full, valid driving license, which they’ve held for at least 12 months (often 24).
    • Your passport and any other ID the car hire company needs to see.

Yes, as long as they meet these requirements. Just fill in their details while you’re making the reservation.

For most car hire companies, the age requirement is between 21 and 70 years old.

All Dilusso vehicles are inspected prior to customer collection and then again when the vehicle is returned. An inspection form is filled out which documents kilometres travelled and any damage to the vehicle (if applicable). A copy of the inspection form is always left in the vehicles glove compartment / cubby hole for the next customer to verify. Any additional damage found on the vehicle, on its return, will be invoiced to the renter.

In the event of a traffic violation on rent, the fine will be issued to Europcar. Upon receipt of the traffic fine, Dilusso will redirect such traffic fine to the renter (Refer to Clause 8 on our Ts’s and C’s) . A traffic fine administration fee will be levied. The relevant traffic metro will re-issue the traffic fine to the renter, who remains liable for payment thereof. Please be advised that traffic fines are sometimes received months after the original incident.

In the event of a spot fine, the renter is obliged to return the traffic fine to Dilusso. Alternatively, the renter may settle the traffic fine directly with the relevant traffic authority. Proof of this payment should be safeguarded by the renter to avoid any late administration fees levied.

Yacht rental

Most yachts are very welcoming to children and some are equipped with children in mind. However, a few yachts may stipulate a minimum age for children and/or have a requirement for a nanny to be on board during the charter. The crew cannot provide child minding or babysitting services. Please inform your Dilusso-Group broker at the outset of planning your charter if there are children in your party.

Smoking is not permitted inside most yachts. However please consult us for verification, as this policy may vary on certain yachts. For safety reasons, smoking in cabins and staterooms is prohibited on all yachts. Some yachts will allow smoking in designated outdoor areas.

Private Jet

Sure, they can. Your dog or cat can travel right beside you. Although some unwritten rules apply in most operators, such as using a body harness for larger pets or a carrier for the smaller ones, in both cases attached to a seat belt during take-offs and landings.

Since then, each private jet charter company has its competitive prices, which can be the same as commercial and first-class flights. Suppose you are traveling with a group better to take a group air charter and divide the cost of a flight.

Yes, many aircraft are equipped with WiFi connection as Wi-Fi is very important, but better notify your broker or consultant so they can find the best aircraft with a Wi-Fi connection.

Every private jet has catering services, but catering depends on the size of the aircraft and the duration of your flight. You can also request an item or meal, but it will cost an extra charge.

We do accept payments via bank transfer and card payment. You need to deposit a payment to secure your charter; it will be clarified once a charter flight is booked.

Mansion rentals

Dilusso mansion rentals, also known as holiday homes or vacation rentals, are privately-owned that are available for rent for short periods of time. Mansions can have one bedroom up to 10 bedrooms, or even more.

No. You do not share the mansion with other guests. When you rent the Dilusso-group, the entire property is only exclusive for your use including all facilities at Dilusso-Group.

Hotel Booking

If your booking has been cancelled, Dilusso-Group refunds you immediately. The processing time may take 7 to 10 days and depends on your bank. If you have questions, contact your bank directly.

If your booking is non-refundable you cannot cancel. If your booking is free cancellation or partially refundable, check your confirmation email or confirmation page in the Bookings section of your account for the cancellation costs.

It’s not possible to make any changes to your booking. This includes actions like changing the stay dates, guest name or email address.

Because this booking is facilitated by a partner company, the property may be overbooked. If that’s the case, the partner notifies us. Next, we refund you and cancel your booking.

The processing time may take 7 to 10 days and depends on your bank. If you have questions, contact your bank directly.

After you cancel a booking with us, you should receive an email to confirm the cancellation. Check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders.

If you’ve received an email from Booking.com cancelling your booking, your booking has been cancelled and we’ve refunded you. The processing time depends on your bank. If you have questions, contact your bank directly.
